We are looking for an experienced digital marketing leader to join our growing organization. The Digital Marketing Director will create a long-term vision for the company's digital marketing efforts as well as lead the customer loyalty initiatives. This role will oversee the planning, development, and execution of the digital marketing and customer loyalty strategies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the loyalty system owner, championing the development of its features and ongoing maintenance in partnership with the information technology teams. Manage and execute across in-store, online, in email and mobile channels.
Partner with internal and external marketing resources, cross-functional business teams, and CPG partners to develop opportunities for joint ownership of product- and brand-focused promotions for personalization campaigns
Maintain P&L responsibility for digital marketing performance. Direct the work of other digital marketing team members in the delivery of social media, website design, and mobile customer engagement.
Leverage customer data to create integrated retention strategies and implement programs to optimize customer value. Develop and execute an optimized customer contact lifecycle to maximize shopper retention (email, personalized offers, POS marketing).
Lead and collaborate with Retail Store Operations, E-Commerce, PR, and Product Development teams to develop digital marketing initiatives, content, and project calendar to increase engagement, sales and reach
Create advanced offer and customer segmentation strategies and test plans for seasonal and non-seasonal campaigns to drive traffic, sales and ROI.
Coordinate and lead digital communications to ensure all stakeholders stay up-to-date on the latest projects and promotional calendar plans
Remain current on digital marketing and direct-to-consumer efforts for new releases, trends, best practices, and algorithm changes across social, search, and competitors.

Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in leading strategy for customer engagement / loyalty programs related to retail and consumer goods.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital marketing/ customer engagement/ e-commerce
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
Proficiency in understanding drivers of customer behavior and expressing them through digital promotions and loyalty opportunities.
Adept at personalization techniques and experience in the development and delivery of personalized customer content, including personalized ads, offers, and rewards.
Fluent in customer science - approaches, techniques, analysis, and execution through all marketing channels.
Experience in interpreting and analyzing Nielsen/IRI or other market data in evaluating promotional performance.
Experience with customer journey mapping and a focus on delivering an end-to-end customer experience for a wide range of demographics, lifestyles, and shopping preferences while maintaining consistency with brand values and identity.
