Nexxt is looking for a copywriter who can create digital copy that will engage our audience. If you think that most web forms are boring, and believe you can increase conversion with a simple turn of phrase, this job might be for you! If you bristle at the mundanity of most emails and B2B copy, and know that you can write a headline that makes people read, and body copy that has them yearning for more, then dazzle us with your cover letter and creative samples.

The Digital Marketing Copywriter helps Nexxt to spread our message out to job seekers (B2C) and employers (B2B), and requires someone who can:

*Write compelling, on-brand digital headlines, blog posts, landing pages, presentations, and whatever else comes down the pike

*Shift copy style and format with ease

*Analyze campaign performance and apply learnings to craft more effective messaging

*Manage a group of remote blog writers. This includes creating and assigning content topics and editing articles

*Prioritize effectively to manage multiple projects simultaneously


The ideal candidate will have a great work ethic and thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Other desired requirements include:

- At least 4 years of digital marketing experience

- Experience writing email, web copy, and digital advertising

- Technically savvy and proficient in Excel

- BA/BS degree or equivalent

The Digital Copywriter will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with the rest of the Marketing team, as well as members of other departments supported by Marketing. This role offers a lot of potential and room for growth, as well as the opportunity to help others advance their careers.
