Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support all digital marketing activities, maintain and update website content, and assist with social media management while working closely with stakeholders within the E2 (Experience & Engagement) department. In this role, you'll:

• Assist with creation and management of all digital marketing campaigns, search engine marketing and social media advertising.

• Work within Content Management System (CMS) to develop, update and maintain website content.

• Support social media strategy, campaign management and daily management of all Credit Union social media outlets.

• Work within appropriate systems to maintain branch kiosk content and other digital signage (e.g. InLighten systems in branches, TV screens at the headquarters building).

• Assist with management of external digital vendor/agency relationships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Accredited Bachelor's degree in a related field required, or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or equivalent work experience.

• Proficiency with a CMS system for website management (e.g. Wordpress, Kentico, etc).

• Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with advanced technical and computer skills; ability to navigate quickly within various computer programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, informed by hands-on experience managing a website and reporting.

• Demonstrated experience assisting with social media strategy and/or execution.

• Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Adwords, Microsoft Ads).

• Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop and digital signage systems.
