We currently have a great opportunity available for an eMail, or Digital Marketing Coordinator.
Envision's Digital Marketing Coordinator will support enterprise-wide email marketing efforts and implement email strategies for all Envision Healthcare brands. Must be well-versed in strategies, tools, benchmarks, and trends pertaining to email marketing. Specific experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation tool required as well as some HTML skills. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will plan, implement, track, and report on outcomes of email marketing projects and campaigns. Focus will be on email marketing, marketing automation, and analytics.
This is a remote position, allowing the Digital Marketing Coordinator to be based anywhere in the country.
Primary focus is on supporting the company-wide internal email communications and the Manager, Digital Marketing's efforts of implementing all email marketing initiatives for the Company's major business units; Envision Healthcare (EVHC), Envision Physician Services (EVPS), AMSURG, and their respective subsidiaries.
Serve as System Administrator and maintain the overall system health of the enterprise email marketing system, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Tactical implementation of digital marketing initiatives for company business units and operations, providing back-end analytics/reporting for same.
Oversee daily email operations to ensure that emails are completed and deployed on time. Daily monitoring of campaign and delivery performance. Support the planning and creation of triggered e-mail marketing campaigns, including logic of automation triggers, segmentation and ensuring cross-department notifications.
Manage subscriber database and maintain data integrity. Filter and run queries to build data extensions.
Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners/stakeholders - working as a Marketing Department team member and collaborating extensively with Recruiting, Sales, Corporate Communications, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Legal departments as well as external agencies and vendors.
Ensure that company brand and messaging standards are maintained in all email marketing efforts.
Assist with Google Tag Manager, Adobe DTM and provide guidance on CRM improvements for more transparent tracking and insight into email marketing performance.
Occasionally will conduct keyword research and recommend website improvements for maximized website visibility, conversions, and improvements to the user experience.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, comply with Information System security policies, standards, and procedures.
Will use all available protections to safeguard assigned computer systems from unauthorized access; reporting all suspicious requests, incidents, and situations.
Adhere to Information Security Policies and ensure that Envision is as secure as possible.

Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited College or University in Marketing, Business, or an IT-related field
2+ years' demonstrated experience in digital marketing in a professional environment; in a large healthcare company is preferred
Experience with an enterprise marketing automation tool such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email automation tools
Knowledge of HTML and experience coding email templates using HTML is a plus
Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables, creating visual charts and graphs, use of advance functions and building macros
Knowledge of project management tools such as Workfront a plus
Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Adobe DTM is preferred
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Collaborative workplace tools including SharePoint, Teams
Must be able to handle multiple, simultaneous tasks effectively and efficiently while maintaining a professional, courteous manner. Must be able to work well with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Must be detail oriented and organized. High integrity, including maintenance of confidential information.
