Job Overview The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a part of a team that is managing websites, working on visuals and technical functionality, and driving our digital marketing efforts through SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of technical skills, creative vision, and strategic thinking to boost our online presence and engagement. Our Digital team is in charge of the below:

Website Management: Maintain and update website content to ensure it is current and engaging. Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve site usability, design, and performance.

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the website is optimized for performance and security. Visual Design: Create and design visually appealing web pages, graphics, and marketing materials.

Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and aesthetic. SEO & SEM: Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Conduct keyword research, analyze website analytics, and optimize content for search engines. Manage and optimize SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to maximize ROI. Email Marketing:

Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows. Segment email lists, track campaign performance, and optimize for higher open and click-through rates. Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics. Provide regular reports on digital marketing metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2 years of experience in digital marketing, web management, or a similar role.

Proficiency in web content management systems, HTML/CSS, and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
