Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns that promote Epiq and its products and/or services. Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/clients.
Manage social media properties including implement, manage and report on social media advertising
Implement, manage and report on search engine marketing, pay-per-click marketing, working closely with the corporate marketing web team & software engineering, to support the company's business objectives (e.g. revenue, qualified leads, brand presence, awareness, target keywords vs competitor keywords)
Identifies and evaluate new digital technologies and use Web analytics tools (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates, Google Analytics) to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising
Test the performance of landing pages, special promotions, Google ads, content and product placement
Coordinate with marketing communications and field marketing to align online activity with broader campaign and business initiatives
Establish program measurement methodology and analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration)
Set inbound lead goals for the corporate web site, measure results and report out to broader team and business leaders regularly
Oversee online media spend and search against performance metrics to optimize results
Set up and monitor web conversion metrics (inquiry to marketing qualified lead [MQL], MQL to sales accepted lead [SAL], SAL to sales qualified lead [SQL], SQL to close)

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree required
Three to Five years of online marketing experience, with a strong focus on analytics
Three to Five years of SEO/SEM experience
Expertise with reporting tools and methodologies
Digital brand planning experience, with a broad grasp of digital strategies across Content, Video, Inbound, Demand Gen, Web, Social, Influencer Strategy and Digital PR.
