The role of Digital Marketing Campaign Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and reporting digital marketing campaigns. In addition, the Digital Marketing Campaign Analy will be an important role in helping to gather, organize, and visualize marketing campaign data to provide actionable insights. Essential Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage media buying process for select marketing campaigns and brands including planning, budgeting, and pacing. This is inclusive of working with both internal and external agencies and departments in order to manage media buys.
Manage digital creative requirements for production and timely delivery of assets for media buys.
Supports and partners closely with analytics managers to set up tagging and tracking across brands and marketing channels.
Report and measure performance of all marketing campaigns against established KPI's.
Weekly and monthly consolidated reporting on campaign results across all marketing channels.
Explores as well as analyzes web and user behaviors from which insights may be gathered and acted upon.
Responsible for compiling and constructing business performance into presentations while helping to provide an engaging (tables, charts, visualizations) consolidated point of view.
Define problems and opportunities for improvement as well as support the implementation of any changes based on data trends, patterns, and insights.
Assist in the day to day tracking of budgets including month end reconciliation and forecasting. Including the ongoing reforecasting and annual media plan development.
Assists in annual program reviews to help develop strategies.
Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends.
Perform special projects as required.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Education and experience
Knowledge and skills
Experience creating and analyzing dashboards to measure program success.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
Ability to work effectively with various internal and external constituencies to implement projects.
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with management.
Experience with the following digital marketing platforms:
Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads)
Understands the importance of a holistic digital marketing presence and the effects these channels have on one another.
Advanced experience with web analytics platforms (i.e. Google Analytics).
Experience in collecting and presenting digital analytics.
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
Understanding of financial reporting and budgeting.
Basic understating of media tracking fundamentals and tagging tools (i.e. Google Tag Manager).
Basic understating of CRM databases a plus (SAS).
