Purpose of the Position: Under close to moderate supervision assists with a variety of digital marketing activities in support of the Company vision, mission, values and strategic plan. Assists in the creation, production and distribution of a variety of sales and marketing promotional materials utilizing digital media. Helps arrange events and presentations for a variety of occasion's i.e. sales meetings, trade shows, clinics, open houses, product exhibits, and training in which digital content is relevant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees creation and distribution of marketing and sales materials in support of company initiatives.

  • Maintains brand standards for all materials produced by MEDCO or outside vendors.

  • Establishes and executes a digital broadcast schedule in support of all monthly and quarterly publications and promotions as related to specific segments.

  • Maintains all Segment Specific Customer Contact List as well as intercompany distribution list.

  • Coordinates with vendors to support the execution of marketing and sales objectives.

  • Develops, tracks and reports out on effectiveness of all digital campaigns.

  • Works closely with Merchants and external resources to promote, schedule and organize all training webinars.

  • Performs quality assurance function on all electronic materials prior to leaving the Marketing area.

  • Assist in creation of and maintenance of all company customer welcome packet information. Which include maintain adequate supply of all.

  • Responsible for content, design, development, and maintenance of the Company websites including B2B and B2C versions.

  • Provides the appropriate oral and/or written communication to external and internal customers.

  • Observes and enforces all Company rules and safety practices.

  • Within the knowledge, skill, and/or ability of the individual, performs such other duties as shall be required by management.

Minimum Requirements (Education and Experience):

  • AA/AS in Business/Marketing with BA/BS in Communication/Marketing/Graphic Design strongly preferred

  • Event planning experience or related internship

  • Superior oral and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with detail orientation

  • Experience with MAC (InDesign, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PC (MS Office)

  • CRM and Microsoft SharePoint knowledge a plus

This person coordinates efforts between product marketing, channel experts, and external partners to translate high-level strategic plan into a demand generation strategy and execute upon it. Successful marketing managers will partner closely with Data Intelligence team to ensure that analytics, modeling and reporting provide the right insights to optimize marketing efforts. LOCATION: Philadelphia PA preferred, any domestic candidates considered DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Builds a multi-channel plan for best-in-class marketing approach in the Medicine B-to-C and B-to-B spaces. This includes plan development, presentation and revision, execution, optimization, analytics and reporting. * Collaborates with channel experts and product marketers to build out and execute upon strategies to meet strategic and revenue goals. * Ensures all plans have established KPI's and holds agency and others accountable on delivering on performance results. * Applies tried and true principles of direct marketing, including a rigorous methodology for testing and learning, working closely with the data team to incorporate response modeling and profiling to optimize results. * Works in close collaboration with team members and product marketing to manage plan execution and report on success and/or recommend adjustments. * Manages multiple projects at once with strong accountability towards meeting established deadlines and budget. * Applies an understanding of analytics in order to constantly review campaign data data and use it to report on marketing performance as it aligns to strategic goals and vision and adjust tactics in-flight to drive efficiency and effectiveness. * Works with agency partners currently being utilized to support B to B and B to C space. * Works collaboratively across other areas of Centralized Marketing including Brand and Consumer Engagement to ensure strategies are in alignment. * Acts as a conduit between product marketing and internal/external resources to create dynamic and innovative tactics and bring them to market using available marketing technologies. QUALIFICATIONS Experience * 5+ years of demonstrated experience and results in leading high-performance B to B and B to C Direct Marketing Efforts across Traditional and Digital Channels. * Prior experience in developing and executing on omni-channel strategic marketing plans with multiple campaigns across traditional and digital mediums. * Strong understanding of KPI's and industry benchmarks for high performing marketing plans. * Background in reviewing, reacting on, and reporting on campaign data throughout its life cycle. * Demonstrated experience influencing and educating internal constituents and clients around evidenced based marketing strategy and campaign management. * A proven track record of building strong partnerships with Product, Sales and other marketing functions. * Experience in working with or for creative or digital agencies and a proven track record of managing multiple large, multi-channel demand generation campaigns. Preferred experience: * 5+ years of experience in a healthcare field * Ability to be flexible in a very fluid and dynamic environment – including dealing with changing processes and priorities * Proven ability to manage agencies, develop comprehensive annual marketing plans and manage significant budgets. * Prior experience in a large multi-national company * Strong influence skills and Marketing thought leadership.
