We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and Sales Coach with a proven track record of leading and growing a successful marketing function and consistently delivering measurable business results.

If you’ve answered yes to the questions above, this might be the perfect position for you. We're looking for someone with real-world, proven experience to guide our clients on digital marketing and sales best practices and IMPACT's proprietary They Ask, You Answer principles.

Location:
We prefer candidates located in Connecticut, but we're open to remote candidates if they're the perfect fit.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience, with an on-target earnings of $150,000 based on achieving team goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Advise 12-16 businesses at a time through virtual meetings and occasional on-site visits on applying They Ask, You Answer principles and digital marketing and sales best practices to make a measurable impact on their sales results.
  • Build 12-month digital sales and marketing programs for each business.
  • Lead 90-day planning sessions with your clients' executive leadership teams.
  • Coach your businesses' executive leadership teams on executing their marketing programs.
  • Analyze the marketing and sales performance of each business, and get buy-in from them to commit to your recommendations.
  • Lead the final stages of the IMPACT sales process to convert businesses to work with you and help them onboard successfully.
  • Be the lead on the businesses your work with internally - coordinating with other team members, being available to support them and maintaining a seamless experience for your teammates and clients.
  • Create and deliver educational content such as articles, videos, tutorials, courses and live presentations.
  • Facilitate leadership and all-company workshops for prospects and clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building a successful marketing function of an organization.
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of content and video for sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing alignment, sales enablement.
  • Strong understanding of website UX.
  • Strong ability to independently manage your time.
  • Familiarity with They Ask, You Answer a plus (recommended reading).
  • Experience speaking and leading company workshops.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing and sales technology.
  • Familiarity with paid search and social campaigns.
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed (up to 10% if local to Connecticut, up to 30% if fully remote.)
  • History of publishing educational, thought leadership content and videos.
  • Must be a strong learner. Success in this role will be dependent on your ability to quickly learn our philosophies and service offerings as well as your clients' businesses and industries.
