To satisfy the needs of our growing client base, Hamilton Lane is looking to hire a Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia.
The Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator will report to the VP of Corporate Communications and Public Relations. He/She will work closely with others in the department, as well as a variety of other departments throughout the organization to assist in the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns and events for Hamilton Lane. Candidates should be highly collaborative and willing to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain company website and other digital channels regularly by updating content, refreshing imagery, monitoring user experience
Collaborate with marketing teams to support and implement digital marketing campaigns
Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure assets are designed according to platform best practices and compatibility
Serve as super-user of marketing automation platforms and other related applications (e.g. Pardot, Cvent, Monday.com, MS One Drive, etc.), monitoring data integrity and campaign processes
Work closely with Global Events team to support and execute comprehensive plans for various global virtual events including:
Invitation and event microsite development and registration management in Cvent (event management platform)
Facilitate setup of systems like Zoom, BlueJeans, and other streaming, web conferencing and Unified Communications (UC) technologies
Assess and manage audio visual requirements
Conduct webinars and virtual events using platforms like Zoom, BlueJeans and Vimeo
Manage, maintain and communicate post-event data and analytics
Work closely with the Marcomm and Creative Services teams to develop communication, event marketing and branding for virtual events and webinars
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS; Education and/or Experience:
College degree (B.A., B.S. or B.B.A.)
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related role (could include internships)
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, process-oriented, proactive and able to handle multiple assignments and deadlines
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem solving skills; responsive and flexible to evolving responsibilities and dynamic environment
Working knowledge of CRMs, marketing automation, web analytics, SEO and SEM skills, a plus
Adobe Premiere and/or HTML experience a plus.
Ability to manage multiple events and webinars simultaneously and be able to prioritize workload
Proficiency and experience in the CVENT event management system or ability to learn system is required
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PPT)
Proficiency in web conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams and BlueJeans, a plus
Must be willing to work hours outside normal work day for event execution and in order to communicate with global Hamilton Lane offices and personnel
