Digital Marketing Analyst

Grow your career as a successful Digital Marketing Analyst within ALG Vacations. In this role, you will support digital marketing efforts across display and video partners for our consumer brands. You will work hands-on with multiple types of digital campaigns, as well as work with our agency and partners. You will assist with campaign setup, track marketing spend and performance, confirm proper UTM tracking and attribution tags, and pull reports from digital marketing platforms. Work to turn vacation dreams into life-long memories by becoming a part of the ALG Vacations Consumer/B2C team and help grow one of our largest paid media channels.

A successful Digital Marketing Analyst will:

• Ensure timely execution of all tasks related to ad operations, including creative ad trafficking, tracking tag, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure creative assets are "on brand" and are conforming with publisher ad specs.

• Track campaign status, identify and troubleshoot delivery issues, and review reporting data for quality assurance and optimizations.

• Assist with building and implementing prospecting and remarketing audiences for campaign targeting.

• Manage and coordinate campaign functions by ensuring campaigns are distributed across all platforms effectively.

• Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values.

A successful Digital Marketing Analyst will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.

• 1+ years of demonstrated experience with digital display/video or related internship experience.

• Basic understanding of ad serving, tracking, and attribution technologies.

• Experience working in a cutting-edge environment, either at a top performing digital agency, publisher, or e-commerce business a plus.

• Microsoft Office with strong Excel knowledge.

• Computer programming or coding experience a plus but not required.

• Exceptional technical skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work while managing multiple projects.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent time management and follow up skills.

• Strong organizational, clerical and project management skills.
