We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst (Performance Marketing) to serve as a trusted advisor to our strategic Rent. Digital customers and drive business impact beyond their own accounts to improve overall team processes and performance.

Reporting to a Marketing Services Manager, this role will own several accounts by managing the client relationship and running their digital advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management of your accounts, including tracking, analyzing, and executing paid search strategies, reporting results, and ensuring that all deliverables are executed on time.

Your role will be critical to developing a trusted advisor relationship with our clients by delivering a higher level of account management that is measured through customer satisfaction and portfolio growth.

A Day in the Life..

  • You operate as a Trusted Advisor and ensure strategic accounts continue to put trust in Rent because of the trust and confidence they have in you.

  • You drive exceptional campaign performance and account management with the goal to drive account growth with the addition of new properties

  • You're responsible for the day-to-day management of high-performing marketing campaigns to establish that informed marketing decisions for the SEM program are driven by leveraging analytics, identifying insights to inform marketing changes for RP, and identifying opportunities for performance optimization through the analysis of KPIs.

  • You will be responsible for providing quality insights to clients to help grow their understanding of Digital marketing best practices.

What We Need From You.

  • Strong passion for account management and excellent communication skills: experience managing strategic, high-value clients(preferred) and an ability to communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences

  • Excellent analytical skills: Excellent analytical skills for making data-driven decisions, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis. Keen attention to detail for the purposes of optimization and achieving marketing efficiencies

  • Strong time-management and prioritization skills: ability to prioritize, manage competing priorities, set expectations, and deliver projects on agreed upon

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills: ability to form relationships and collaborate with different stakeholders, such as in engineering, finance, third-party vendors, client-side decision-makers

  • Working knowledge of the ad platforms- Google AdWords and Facebook, strong understanding of key marketing ratios and metrics preferred.

Our Specialists have deep paid search experience in the major search players, have a passion for staying on top of all the latest trends, innovations and algorithm changes, and have the mindset to constantly test and learn to translate these offerings into actionable strategies that align with business need.</p><p>This is a unique role for the right candidate as we are seeking someone with a desire to expand beyond paid search into other relevant areas of digital such as SEO, paid social, display, account marketing and more, and necessary training will be provided. Direct experience or expressed interest in the intersection of paid and organic search is a plus.</p><p>You will plan, execute, audit and measure our SEM efforts across a diverse set of industries, capabilities and insights on Bain.com while also collaborating with other Centers of Excellence on copywriting, branding, PR, etc. to bring our campaigns to life. They will serve as our paid search champion and liaise with our customer marketing groups to understand objectives, build a strategy, establish KPIs and see the campaign through to completion.
