Responsible for executing marketing automation programs and performing regular analysis and reporting in support of digital marketing initiatives. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, manages multiple projects across various digital channels, and utilizes data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Skill Sets

• Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.

• Familiarity with marketing technology such as marketing automation platforms, brand portals, and digital asset management platforms

• Familiarity data manipulation and analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or data visualization platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Solid understanding of website analytics and SEO principles

• Advanced analytical & technical skills with strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

Certification

• None required

• Google certification in Data Analytics and/or Digital Marketing strongly preferred

• Other data visualization or marketing technology related certifications are a plus

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years hands on data analytics or digital marketing experience
