4 Point Consulting is helping Fit Small Business add to their rapidly growing team once again! Fit Small Business is seeking a Digital Marketing Analyst to optimize content in order to improve website visitors experience.

Fit Small Business is a , profitable, NYC-based startup with over 80 employees and growing. Our publication is read by over 2 million small business owners and managers each month. Our headquarters are located across the street from

We are seeking a talented and Digital Marketing Analyst to test changes and tweaks to different components of our pages to see what facilitates the best outcome. This will be specifically for the software review section of our site. We have thousands of review pages, and we need someone to optimize reader engagement and track results in order to get statistically significant results we can implement across all pages.

Responsibilities will include:

Test Formats- We need someone to compile and analyze page data in order to recommend tests to run.

Copywriting- Some tests will include adding a sentence or two to a page in order to weave in information. We need someone that is comfortable writing short and snappy copy.

Implement Changes- Once changes are approved, you will work with the rest of the team to get the updates and to make sure thing everything is tracked correctly.

Analyze Results- Work with team to create reports that determine whether or not the test was a success.

Project Management- Must be comfortable managing multiple projects at once, while staying organized and hitting deadlines.

Qualifications for success:

  • Experience working with spreadsheets and reports (college or internship experience ok)
