Entrepreneurial, results-driven and tech-savvy Sales Manager needed to join our expanding digital investment solutions team.As the Sales Manager for SpeciFiDigital Advisor, Citizens' newest digital investment solution, you will be responsible for the P&L and day-to-day decision-maker for this newly launched, cutting-edge product.
Use your entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen and customer-focus to develop the product roadmap for SpeciFi, and to implement strategies for acquiring customers and increasing share of wallet. Reporting to the Senior Vice President/Head of Digital Investment Solutions for the Wealth Management business, this position will work with our marketing and retail distribution teams to develop go-to market strategies; with our IT teams and our FinTech partner to prioritize product development efforts; and with other important stakeholders, such as compliance, risk and legal to ensure effective management of the business.
The ideal candidate has experience working in financial services, consulting or at a FinTech.Excellent communication skills; the ability to interact and influence senior decision makers; strong analytics/fact-based decision-making; and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail are all critical.
Drive the strategic thinking behind the SpeciFi product roadmap, and make recommendations regarding pricing and other product features
Develop and implement a commercial plan for SpeciFi by leading professionals across marketing, retail sales, legal, risk and compliance
Analyze and interpret backend performance of commercial programs and strategies to optimize tactics and deliver NPV positive results
Develop quarterly sales & marketing plans aimed at acquiring new customers and deepening customer relationships
Manage all vendor oversight activities ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Influence senior executive stakeholders, to obtain buy-in for your programs and recommendations
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
3+ years experience in top strategy consulting firm, or in an analytics or product management role
Strong analytical skills to obtain data, interpret results, and turn insights into actionable and measurable strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders and resolve conflicts independently
Track record of developing creative solutions and strategies to complex problems
Experience with new product/program launches and development of go-to-market product commercialization plans
Self-starter with strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and meet deadline
