WHAT WE'LL NEED

We are seeking a Digital Implementation Analyst to join the Digital Technology team. This individual will be responsible for implementing digital menu and restaurant updates across new and existing markets. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring all restaurants' digital storefronts are accurate and operational. This individual will work cross-functionally to strengthen our menu planning process and drive optimization. This is a key role with significant impact on all areas of the business. This individual will work with a talented team of internal and external resources in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, Agile environment. Role responsibilities include:

  • Support menu product and promotion rollouts including drafting & proofing communications to the field.

  • Manage fee & pricing update logistics, coordinating input from our finance, the marketing and brand team and our third-party delivery partners.

  • Maintain and update all restaurant listings and menus published on digital properties.

  • Ensure internal and external team are informed in a timely manner of all menu changes or new products, programs, and promotions.

  • Manage menu and promotions on multiple ecommerce platforms

  • Manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.

  • Appropriately identify and raise issues and risks to Management and team members.

  • Participate in the evaluation of new platforms, tools, and technologies.

  • Represent the Digital team at project planning and implementation meetings.

  • Evaluate problems and recommend solutions based on system knowledge and anticipated business needs.

  • Use analytical skills to monitor trends, diagnose problems and surface opportunities.

  • Assist the execution of product, promotion, coupon creation and marketing campaign launches Understand the business needs of department leaders and translate those needs into actionable plans to deliver solutions and measure success.

  • Ability to clearly & concisely present insights, in both written and verbal form, at any level of the organization.

  • Evaluate problems and recommend solutions based on system knowledge and anticipated business needs.

  • Use analytical skills to monitor trends, diagnose problems and surface opportunities.

  • Assist the execution of platform and innovation launches.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Essential skills include:

  • Ability to facilitate work across high-performance teams to rapidly develop and implement innovative, sustainable solutions.

  • Ability to produce clear documentation and reports for project-related work. Includes the ability to clearly present status or other key information to the management team.

  • Experience in basic data analysis, reporting and insights using Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools.

  • Proficiency in standard office equipment and computer software including Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.

  • Strong working knowledge of distributed Ecommerce & POS systems in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional follow-up and sense of urgency.

  • Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Strong personal commitment to integrity and professionalism.

  • Independent thinker and proactive problem solver.

  • Ability to self-direct with broad supervision and handle multiple high-priority tasks.

Education and work experience requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.

  • Experience working with 3rd party technology service providers, preferably in retail or restaurant ecommerce.

  • Experience with distributed restaurant or retail systems preferred but not required.

  • Occasional travel may be required (<5% of the time).
