The Role:

To manage and support Vivint Smarthome employees Digital Experience, including set up and run of sound and video equipment used to conduct live events such as meetings, business conventions, and townhalls. A professional, cool-headed, self-motivated individual who think fast on their feet and enjoy technical support will thrive in this role.

What you will be working on:

  • Technology maintenance & support for meeting spaces and conference rooms.
  • Proactive/preventative maintenance for tech systems.
  • Large Meeting support (Both on and off campus).
  • Tech support for main campuses and remote offsite locations.
  • Responsible for upkeep of all tech systems and conference rooms.
  • Responsible for installation of tech equipment.
  • Responsible for management of tech assets.

Who you will work with:

You will be working with employees and management at all levels to support and fully serve all of their digital experience needs. You will often work with outside vendors to complete projects and non-employee guest speakers.

Requirements

What were looking for:

  • Outstanding customer service and develop working relationships with their clients
  • Preventative maintenance and ownership of all tech systems across the enterprise
  • Strong familiarity with event equipment including audio mixers, projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers and displays
  • Setup, strike and live management for company meetings
  • Ability to cable, mount and install equipment including video conference systems (SRS), displays, drop ceiling microphones, and cabling to support
  • Experience with hand/power/testing tools necessary for the low voltage industry
  • Experience with Lenovo products is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft products is preferred
  • Work closely with external vendors to coordinate onsite maintenance
  • Be able to lift 50lbs-100lbs regularly.
  • Must be comfortable working on ladders, under conference room tables, and in confined spaces
  • Have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

The challenge This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Experience (DX) Finance team as we continue to propel the business through data-driven forecasts and provide influential insights. This Senior Financial Analyst role will report to the Senior Finance Manager, DX Finance. You will own DX top-line subscription revenue forecasting with weekly and quarterly deliverables for the DX organization. You will play a pivotal role in providing insights into the business and offer recommendations that can have influence on Adobe's external Wall Street earnings release. This is a powerful position with the ability to influence senior and executive management decisions, inspire change and challenge status quo as Adobe continues to scale for growth. What you'll do * Prepare revenue guidance for weekly, quarterly and annual forecasts and provide analysis substantiated by key drivers while owning complex financial models across several subscription offerings with distinct considerations. * Provide ongoing business performance assessment and drive necessary business redirection, when appropriate. * Build financial models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity. * Analyze data to tell a story and present it to influence decision making. * Provide strategic support for budget and forecast cycles. * Drive continual operational improvement, lead governance, standardization, and automation to scale the business. * Partner effectively with other teams including Corporate Accounting, Revenue Assurance, Corp FP&A, Credit, Order Management and Sales. * Address new requests: understand the core question being asked, gather needed data, build models, validate assumptions, perform analyses, summarize and present results in a compelling manner. * Ad hoc financial analysis as needed. What you need to succeed * Positive demeanor, collaborative and team oriented. Comfortable in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves * Self-starter with an inquisitive mind willing to provide recommendations by retrieving and coordinating big data and performing analytical rigor * Proven ability to drive large-scale planning processes that involve multiple business partners * High attention to detail * Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to lead, set objectives, and seek to results * Advanced Excel skills are essential. Experience with SFDC, SAP and TM1 are preferred.
