Job Description:

As a Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for building and refining digital experiences in-order to attract targeted audiences, drive engagement, and increase digital transactions and conversions. Your work will be project-based, with a focus on identifying valuable opportunities to accelerate business objectives by leveraging strategic digital initiatives. You'll work closely with our business strategy, digital, marketing, operations, and sales teams and reside within the business in-order to quickly drive substantial change and growth. This role is tied directly to sales and revenue goals.

Key to your success will be your ability to effectively collaborate and lead a cross functional team to execute new initiatives within a large and matrixed organization. In addition, you will have working knowledge of design thinking, agile methodology, digital strategy, and building end-to-end customer experiences. You will be able to balance varying objectives simultaneously, focusing on high-impact opportunities to drive the business forward in the digital age.

Candidates should be positive-minded self-starters, who have worked in an agile environment, and are eager to learn, continue to grow and develop professionally, able to multi-task, collaborate, and drive results.

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Lead cross-functional agile teams to create new digital experiences

  • Create business cases and roadmaps for the development of new digital capabilities

  • Analyze data to drive results

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including sales, web, and marketing teams

  • Proactively overcome obstacles in order to drive change

  • Identify ways to optimize, test and enhance customer's digital experience to drive engagement

  • Leverage digital experiences to drive sales, revenue, and retention

  • Advocate, support and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Agile practice

Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of digital customer experience and/or digital marketing experience within an agile work environment

  • Formal Agile training preferred

  • Ability to identify, plan and communicate out strategic opportunities in order to, influence cross-functional partners

  • Strong business acumen

  • Comfortable playing a key role in experiments that value both success and failure as key learning opportunities, and leveraging data to make improvements accordingly

  • Thrive in ambiguous environments

  • High level of organizational and project management skills

  • Willingness to balance the ideal operational state with doing what it takes to deliver on goals

Accountabilities: Be a "creative technologist" – leverage creativity and imagination skills to deliver compelling marketing programs that engage legal professionals and a technology side to to apply innovative digital solutions and analytics. * Own the optimization and delivery of demand gen marketing campaigns, programs and tactics that generate new leads. Develop and implement lead nurture programs that nurture, score and qualify leads. Systematically review program and campaign performance with Campaign Planning and take action to optimize performance. * Apply your expertise to influence and deliver the marketing mix of digital tactics (channels) such as: paid/organic search, paid/organic social, display (direct, native, retargeting), content syndication and email. * Closely collaborate with the Campaign Planning team in the planning, delivery and performance measurement of demand gen marketing campaigns and programs. Be a member or leader of agile marketing squads aligned to GTM initiatives or steadystate/ always-on marketing. * Leverage data stored in Eloqua and in other places to develop/deploy personalized outbound campaigns that compel customers to: buy a new solution; buy a higher-end solution; buy related solutions; or renew their solution. Develop/deploy always-on, triggered based campaigns. * Fully leverage Hive9 to plan, set-up and implement marketing campaigns and programs. Use Tableau to measure, analyze and predict campaign and program performance. Use Trello and Workfront workflow and project management tools integrated in a Microsoft Teams environment to facilitate collaboration across many stakeholders. * Drive best-in-class use of Pathfactory, Vidyard, ON24 and other solutions within our Martech stack. Work closely with Demand Gen Ops team and Marketing Automation Managers to build a world-class customer experience within our demand generation programs. Key Deliverables: Measurable marketing contribution to sales and revenue and achievement of other key demand generation performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate tangible business impact and growth. * A robust, scalable marketing funnel that drives high-growth lead generation: net new leads, nurtured leads, scored leads, and qualified leads that quickly convert into sales opportunities and closed won deals. * Disciplined execution and delivery of multichannel demand generation marketing campaigns and programs designed to meet critical financial and strategic objectives across the legal professionals customer segment. * Meaningful multichannel digital interactions that not only generate demand, but create positive experiences and outcomes for legal professionals, both prospects and customers that differentiates TR from the competition. * Strong teamwork and partnerships across the Legal Marketing value chain including: BDR / SDR, Demand Gen Operations, Field Marketing, Content Marketing, and Campaign Planning & Performance.
