As a Digital Experience Manager, you will be responsible for building and refining digital experiences in-order to attract targeted audiences, drive engagement, and increase digital transactions and conversions. Your work will be project-based, with a focus on identifying valuable opportunities to accelerate business objectives by leveraging strategic digital initiatives. You'll work closely with our business strategy, digital, marketing, operations, and sales teams and reside within the business in-order to quickly drive substantial change and growth. This role is tied directly to sales and revenue goals.
Key to your success will be your ability to effectively collaborate and lead a cross functional team to execute new initiatives within a large and matrixed organization. In addition, you will have working knowledge of design thinking, agile methodology, digital strategy, and building end-to-end customer experiences. You will be able to balance varying objectives simultaneously, focusing on high-impact opportunities to drive the business forward in the digital age.
Candidates should be positive-minded self-starters, who have worked in an agile environment, and are eager to learn, continue to grow and develop professionally, able to multi-task, collaborate, and drive results.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
Lead cross-functional agile teams to create new digital experiences
Create business cases and roadmaps for the development of new digital capabilities
Analyze data to drive results
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including sales, web, and marketing teams
Proactively overcome obstacles in order to drive change
Identify ways to optimize, test and enhance customer's digital experience to drive engagement
Leverage digital experiences to drive sales, revenue, and retention
Advocate, support and contribute to the ongoing improvement of Agile practice
Skills and Experience
6+ years of digital customer experience and/or digital marketing experience within an agile work environment
Formal Agile training preferred
Ability to identify, plan and communicate out strategic opportunities in order to, influence cross-functional partners
Strong business acumen
Comfortable playing a key role in experiments that value both success and failure as key learning opportunities, and leveraging data to make improvements accordingly
Thrive in ambiguous environments
High level of organizational and project management skills
Willingness to balance the ideal operational state with doing what it takes to deliver on goals
