Client Group Overview
The Client Group has a presence in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia, and is composed of five main areas:
Sales & Client Services works with financial intermediaries and institutions to offer diversified investment solutions that help clients build and preserve their wealth
Business Development is a conduit to the firm's investment teams and supports our clients and internal business partners through investment-platform and product content, messaging, competitive analysis and education
Product Strategy & Development designs, develops and manages the firm's global lineup of investment services and considers clients' evolving needs to identify new opportunities
Marketing promotes the firm and its services by creating, packaging and distributing content and messaging to engage diverse audiences through digital platforms and initiatives, strategic campaigns, and events
Business Transformation looks to evolve and scale our business, leveraging digital and data, to drive top-line growth and improve profitability
The Digital Experience Business Analysis will partner with marketing leads and production management to understand user needs, break those needs out into constituent parts, analyzing multiple solutions and support the communication and delivery of a solution to meet the user needs. Working closely with the product manager, project manager and technology team to ensure scope is clearly understood and help project timing for planning. As a BA you will also face off with the Quality Assurance Resource in handing off specs to help build out test plans and manage expectations for testing and User testing and sign off.
The primary focus for the Digital Experience Business Analyst will be to understand and document what is needed to migrate to a new Digital Experience/CMS Platform. Understanding the framework that our sites are built on, documenting not only what we have today, but better ways of implementing to optimize the new platform. The goal is moving the department onto a best in class product and digital marketing infrastructure. Collecting and documenting these requirements- across all global markets- is critical.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ability to work across a global team that will include interaction with Business Sponsor, Marketing, Front-end Development, Back-end Development, Production, Content Strategy and Design
Facilitate working meetings effectively, using techniques such as active listening and negotiation. Tailor communication style to suit both face-to-face and virtual settings, including TP and conference calls.
Keeping large project teams on task, offer solutions and communicate fluently in both conceptual and technical realms
Translate business and technical concepts into functional specifications for the front-end and back-end development teams to work from
Managing Expectations of the business sponsors when scoping and executing requirements and deliverables
Collecting Requirements and defining core functionality for digital deliverables
Interpret data from a range of sources (E.g. user research and performance metrics). Work with designers and developers to ensure solutions are based on data.
Excellent writing, speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform analysis of user stories and make amendments where necessary. Facilitate and give input into prioritization of user stories.
Excellence in delivering analysis, annotated wireframes and breaking down complex concepts into "everyday language"
Ability to take requirements and talk through with the technical team on best ways to implement.

Previous experience with large scale Digital Experience/CMS platform migrations
