Total Wine & More is looking for a Digital Experience Analyst to join our growing Digital team. If you enjoy using data to prove what experiences work well for our customers, identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and to create a dynamic digital experience then this is an exciting opportunity for you. You will help customers understand and purchase products in an iconic category like few others. This position reports to the VP, Digital Product

You will

  • Collaborate with teammates to understand our needs and develop viable solutions focused on positively improving site conversion and business Measurements

  • Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement through data analysis to improve and make strategic recommendations

  • Create data models and analysis to evaluate new opportunities from digital products and digital experiences

  • Help evaluate new features and test feature enhancements across Digital

  • Produce testable hypothesis related to customer acquisition/retention, micro and macro conversion, user experience and product features

  • Drive end-to-end implementation of A/B testing across multiple devices, channels and site pages

  • Ensure test integrity is maintained by providing A/B testing and multi-variate subject-matter expertise that is predicated on sound best practices

  • Understand customer behavior-through data mining, clustering and propensity models

You will come with

  • 3+ years of experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing, preferably in an eCommerce environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent experience/training

  • Experience with leading testing platforms (Adobe Test and Target, Monetate, SiteSpect, Maxymiser, Optimizely, etc).

  • Experience hypothesis generation, identification of measurements, and statistical analysis of test result

  • Introductory knowledge of data science techniques including: structuring data, data mining, feature engineering, predictive modeling, model evaluation, supervised learning, and unsupervised learning.

  • Preferred experience coding in either R or Python, including data wrangling using dplyr, pandas, and related packages.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Senior Digital Attributes/Fusion Analyst shall lead an effort to perform exploitation of identity attributes identified within media devices. * Senior Digital Attributes/Fusion Analyst will provide oversight and direction to individuals performing Digital Attribute (DA) functions. * Senior Digital Attributes/Fusion Analyst shall develop methodologies, tradecraft, and procedures for conducting identity exploitation of media at rest, to include detecting, extracting, adjudicating and combining biographic/digital attribute data for reporting, dissemination, and data basing. * Knowledge of media exploitation processes and procedures. * Conduct all-source analysis for IC/DOD customers/ partners, on a daily basis. Position Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline preferred and six years of experience in DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or law enforcement targeting, or Identity Intelligence and/ or eight years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. * Must be Department of Defense (DoD) 8570 Compliant, IAT Level II. * Knowledge, expertise, and training in intelligence targeting and analysis. * Experience demonstrating a working understanding of computer forensics principles, file systems, and forensics tools. * Experience performing link analysis, using various techniques, tools and Methodologies. * Knowledge and experience using IC and/or Law Enforcement databases for conducting multi-source analysis. * Experience writing, reviewing, and editing intelligence reporting. * Experience in preparing and presenting briefing presentations to senior Government and Law Enforcement officials. Security Requirements: * Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance w/ a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. Highly Desired Experience: * Experience analyzing operating systems using forensic tools such as EnCase, FTK, Axiom, and others.
