Digital Experience Analyst
Total Wine & More is looking for a Digital Experience Analyst to join our growing Digital team. If you enjoy using data to prove what experiences work well for our customers, identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and to create a dynamic digital experience then this is an exciting opportunity for you. You will help customers understand and purchase products in an iconic category like few others. This position reports to the VP, Digital Product
Collaborate with teammates to understand our needs and develop viable solutions focused on positively improving site conversion and business Measurements
Identify challenges and opportunities for improvement through data analysis to improve and make strategic recommendations
Create data models and analysis to evaluate new opportunities from digital products and digital experiences
Help evaluate new features and test feature enhancements across Digital
Produce testable hypothesis related to customer acquisition/retention, micro and macro conversion, user experience and product features
Drive end-to-end implementation of A/B testing across multiple devices, channels and site pages
Ensure test integrity is maintained by providing A/B testing and multi-variate subject-matter expertise that is predicated on sound best practices
Understand customer behavior-through data mining, clustering and propensity models
You will come with
3+ years of experience in A/B testing and multivariate testing, preferably in an eCommerce environment
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information Systems, Marketing, or equivalent experience/training
Experience with leading testing platforms (Adobe Test and Target, Monetate, SiteSpect, Maxymiser, Optimizely, etc).
Experience hypothesis generation, identification of measurements, and statistical analysis of test result
Introductory knowledge of data science techniques including: structuring data, data mining, feature engineering, predictive modeling, model evaluation, supervised learning, and unsupervised learning.
Preferred experience coding in either R or Python, including data wrangling using dplyr, pandas, and related packages.
