We are seeking a Digital Ecommerce Analyst for Bluestem Brands to be located at our office in Eden Prairie, MN. The Senior Web Analyst will support our strategic vision and direction by driving the customer experience through in-depth analytics.
What you'll do:
Help administer our tag management tool (Tealium IQ) and Customer Data Platform (Tealium Audience Stream)
Own the tagging process end-to-end, from exploration, prioritization, implementation, and success measurement
Follow data governance best practices and act as a subject matter expert on data elements flowing in and out of our sites
Conduct quarterly audits of all tags across our web properties
Use our performance measurement tools (Observepoint, Catchpoint) to measure tagging impact on site stability and load times
Take lead on collection of new data elements into Adobe Analytics and update our Adobe variable map and data dictionaries with new data elements being collected
Partner with IT, BI and others throughout the organization to make sure data elements are usable in multiple tools and sources
Partner with our testing and product management teams to collect new data elements crucial to reading performance of tests and new features
Analyze web usage data to derive deeper learnings and insights about the website experience and consumer behavior. This includes analyzing e-Commerce sales performance, measuring onsite tests, mining data from multiple sources, and identifying opportunities to grow the e-Commerce business
Monitor onsite activities through the use of Adobe Analytics, Observepoint, and Catchpoint.
What you'll need:
Curiosity, flexibility and a can-do attitude
Three (3) to five (5) years tagging and/ or analytics and reporting experience
Experience with tag management tools (Tealium, Ensighten, Google Tag Manager)
Experience with CDP and/ or DMP technology
Bachelor's degree in business or information technology
eMarketing and web experience
Proficient experience with Microsoft suite (e.g. PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access)
Functional knowledge of websites
Experience utilizing web analytics tool sets including but not limited to Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics (Site Catalyst)
