To create on-brand digital assets to support See's Candies social media, ecommerce and digital advertising strategy.

1.Provide on brand, award-winning visuals for ecommerce websites, digital ad campaigns, mobile projects, social media, emails and more, applying best practices and strong design principles.
2.Collaborate with the creative team, producer, and stakeholders on requirements. Work with partners on all phases of the project, from translating ideas into visual concepts, through design development and refinement, to ensuring implementation of approved designs. Provide all required specifications.
3.Oversee designs developed by external partners, including but not limited to email, social media, web, mobile, etc. ensuring all materials are on-brand and meet established visual standards.
4.Work with creative and marketing teams to develop integrated seasonal campaigns across all selling channels.
5.Manage multiple projects in fast paced environment.
6.Complete special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

1.Digital design experience in a retail or agency environment; experience with a "best in class" brand is strongly preferred.
2.Exceptional design skills and technical aptitude with a solid understanding of web, email and mobile standards.
3.Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop. Strong photography skills a must.
4.Basic working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as it relates to design.
5.Solid understanding of business requirements and how they influence the final output; strong organizational, planning and project management skills. Excellent client-facing skills.
6.Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously and effectively.
7.Collaborative team player who can effectively communicate with multiple teams in a corporate environment. Able to respond to and act upon critical feedback.
8.Bachelor's Degree in Design, Art or related field.
9.A great portfolio! One that showcases your talent as a designer and your experience in digital design.

Our agile-run User Experience team is looking for a passionate, mission driven Interaction Designer to join our in-house UX & Design practice. You are well-versed in concepts of human-computer interaction and can listen and articulate design direction based on human factors principles. Your main mission will be to understand our business needs, product requirements and create intuitive, user-focused products, flows, and platforms for Web and mobile. We're looking for a candidate who lives in the SF Bay Area. Must be willing to travel up to 50% during peak times of the year. Core Duties: You will be working closely with our product managers, designers, content strategists, copywriters, analysts, marketers, and business stakeholders to deliver delightful products. Tasks will include user flows and journeys, as-is and to-be experience maps, mockups, and service blueprints. Other tasks include: * Gathering requirements from stakeholders for product designs and user flows * Designing user-focused, seamless experiences from low to high fidelity designs * Communicating design principles + direction, as well as design specifications to engineers * Taking part in scrum ceremonies and iterate with product team refine designs * Helping measure, learn, and build new and existing experiences on Web and Mobile * Prototyping and user-testing on the fly to inform designs before and after development * Staying on top of UX trends and looking for creative ways to inspire delightful experiences * Creating a system to consistently check in with users * Keeping a close eye on WCAG and ADA compliance when designing and QAing experiences * Overseeing and guiding the build out of taxonomies and a content model for intuitive flows for personalization * Validating logic for content models, labeling, and navigation using tree tests, (reverse) card-sorting, and the like Competencies: * Keeping the organization's mission, vision and values at the forefront of associate decision making and action. * Ensuring that the patient perspective is a driving force behind our actions and business decisions; crafting and implementing service practices that meet patients' and own organization's needs.
