Job Summary

Altice USA is on the lookout for a talented Digital Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics and animations for website, social media and Streaming across all AUSA News Services. Using your expertise in Adobe Suite, Canva, and Social Media Applications, you will contribute to the creation of modern, elegant, and intelligent news graphics for pre-production, post-production, and live newscasts. This position requires working from our office in Bethpage, New York.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers, writers, and other designers to create various newscast graphics

• Develop Style sheets, end frames, presentations, promotional elements, weather graphics, and other visual materials across different platforms.

• Contribute to the maintenance of overall station appearance standards.

• Attend planning meetings and organize graphics needed for upcoming assignments.

• Stay informed about current events to ensure graphics are relevant and timely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years' experience in digital design for television preferred

• Must provide a reel with work samples to be considered

• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator

• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects is a plus

• Exceptional artistic ability with a thorough knowledge of computer graphics equipment and techniques

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required

• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends

Pay is competitive and based on a number of job-related factors, including skills and experience. The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is $52,685.00 - $86,554.00 / year. The rate/Range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
