The Digital Data Analyst will work strategically to support digital team initiatives, including analysis, data visualization, querying/scraping/otherwise procuring datasets and modeling. This role will provide data and reporting to inform decision-making on a variety of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms, and will work cross functionally with the entire organization. The Digital Data Analyst will help build a foundation of analytics that will enable Libbey to be more predictive and data driven in its approach.
The Digital Data Analyst will be a part of the Libbey digital team based in Columbus, OH. This team is tasked with building new digital, e-commerce and related capabilities for the company to continue to build on its 200 years of success.
Collect and synthesize key marketing and sales data for global Libbey digital properties, as well as key operational data and look for trends and patterns
Oversee the layout, execution and distribution of daily and weekly e-commerce business reports, covering both business KPIs (sales, margin, etc.) and e-commerce KPIs (conversion, AOV, sessions etc.)
Create presentations and share results, both internally and externally, to stakeholders at all levels
Act as the primary contact for tag management (Google Tag Manager), and work with relevant stakeholders to implement a variety of tags to maintain a global tagging infrastructure
Use clickstream, user behavior and conversion patterns to identify new opportunities and potential issues and lead pro-active site improvement changes and/or issue resolution with tech partners
Manage and execute AB and multivariate testing; working closely with all stake holders
Partner cross functionally with marketing, merchandising, sales, pricing and finance teams to support and lead the Libbey digital transformation
Develop and lead innovative analytics projects to support company goals and unlock new insights
Create predictive models that align to business problems to drive increased success in business KPIs
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Analytics or Data Science, Mathematics/Statistics, or Engineering
0 - 3 years' experience in marketing/web analytics or relatable work with data and consumers
Experience working with web analytics packages (e.g. Google Analytics), and website tagging
Knowledge of relational databases; able to write basic SQL queries
Familiarity with BI platforms like Domo, Tableau, and Power BI
Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g. SAS, R, python) and other coding languages
AB/multivariate testing experience a plus
Enjoys working cross-functionally and able to communicate effectively across all business departments
A keen problem solver, who is proactive and excited to identify areas of opportunity and present solutions
