Digital Coordinator

SUMMARY

The digital coordinator position will support Hallmark Media's digital initiatives. The position will be responsible for creating new editorial content for publication on hallmarkchannel.com, hallmarkmystery.com, hallmarkfamily.com, and Hallmark Movies Now. It also includes captioning and publishing videos and supporting the production team across all franchise stunt, show, and movie websites. Additional support would include multiple YouTube properties and the Hallmark Movie Checklist App.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Digital production support.

• Quality assurance.

• Photo and video production.

• Publish updates and maintain content (galleries, videos, websites).

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.

• Contribute to department creative brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• 1-3 years of previous related experience.

• Comfortable learning the content management system and new technology.

• Proficiency using Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• BA/BS Degree preferred.

• Writing, editing, and Quality Assurance skills.

• Must demonstrate attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy.

• Has a passion for Entertainment, Television, and Streaming.

• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be team oriented.

• Must have excellent communication skills.

• Must have strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

• Must have demonstrated the ability to self-motivate and be flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment.

• Thrives in a collaborative working environment.

The hourly rate for this job is $26.45. Hourly rate will take into consideration several factors including location.
