AstenJohnson is currently looking for a Digital Content Manager in their Charleston, SC office.

Scope of Responsibilities

The Digital Content Manager will manage corporate digital presence and support global corporate marketing.

Specific Responsibilities

Manage e-mail campaigns using marketing automation software:

  • Grow AstenJohnson on-line community

  • Manage social media sites: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook.

  • Select, create and post relevant content

  • Administer "Ask the Experts" forum (Vanilla forum)

  • Administer "A JOLT" LMS site (Moodle)

Web Site maintenance, update all aspects of corporate AstenJohnson website including:

  • Events (AstenJohnson University, trade shows, press releases)

  • Extracting content from the various businesses

  • Creating landing pages for marketing campaigns

Other responsibilities include:

  • Internal communications

  • Managing marketing presence in current newsletter

  • Product updates, brand support etc...

  • Assisting with product launches


Education/ Experience:

Marketing or Communications degree highly preferred


The Digital Content Manager should be knowledgeable with the following:

  • Umbraco Content Management Software

  • Vanilla Forum Software

  • Moodle Learning Management Software

  • Click Dimensions - Marketing automation platforms)

  • Microsoft CRM Customer Relationship Management Software

  • Adobe Creative Suite Graphic design software

  • Google analytics

  • SEO

Additional skills include:

  • Be able to deliver attractive, concise presentations

  • Good eye for detail

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to build and maintain an effective rapport with vendors/ customers

  • Possess a positive outlook

  • Must be able to work successfully within a distributed team
