Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Chief Operating Office, Wholesale Business Solutions (WBS): Wholesale Business Solutions (BPS) Business Partner Solutions

BPS is focused on several strategic priorities to support front-office tools, including developing a portfolio strategy and business architecture framework, maturing product management, supporting application rationalization efforts to enable One Wholesale, and delivering against the Wholesale Relationship Management Foundations product strategy and roadmap.

To support these priorities, BPS is:

  • Partnering with Enterprise Business Architecture and across WBS (Operations, Lending, Data, etc.) domains to develop a Wholesale Business Architecture describing business functions and capabilities which enable discussion around process, product/tool improvement, roles and responsibilities, standardization, rationalization, etc.

  • Co-sponsoring effort and working across Wholesale Business Solutions to implement and mature the Product Management Model that operationalizes how we support the tools/products used by internal Team Members.

  • Supporting Wholesale Relationship Management Foundations through product delivery to strengthen the Bank by enabling Wholesale-wide sales processes while enhancing relationship management capabilities. This focus will help the Wholesale Front Office by deepening customer relationships and reducing complexity to improve the Banker and Customer experience.

The Wholesale Business Solutions Business Partner Solutions Group is seeking an action oriented individual with the desire to meaningfully impact the organization by significantly contributing to the achievement of the group's strategic goals and objectives. Business Partner Solutions provides digital/software product management services across Wholesale for compliance, sales, and productivity tools. The role requires strong business acumen skills coupled with foundational understanding of technology concepts and delivery.

This role will be responsible for supporting the planning function for Wholesale Complaints Management tools. Planning includes managing demand from multiple sources, prioritizing, sequencing, and then scheduling. Works with the Product Owner to define overall product strategy and segments feature backlog into releases for implementation. Understands, communicates and manages stakeholder expectations for release/delivery changes.

Detailed responsibilities include:

  • Support translating WCE strategies into product capabilities

  • Support understanding product customer base: articulate who will be impacted and how by features, functionality

  • Create and manage budget with accompanying business cases (e.g. annual plan)

  • Understand utilization and value of products

  • Define product functions and capabilities. Collaborate with business and technology partners to build extensible product incorporating prioritized and forward-looking capabilities

  • Define and maintain prioritized work queue (backlog) and high level sequence/schedule (release management)

  • Coordinate delivery of releases/backlog across multiple projects/teams

  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration on product development

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting

  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
