The PepsiCo eCommerce Supply Chain team is out to change the way we supply our products to both business customers and consumers within online sales channels. We're seeking a Supply Chain Sr. Coordinator to join our team and navigate a fast-paced environment with aggressive growth targets to champion to provide tactical operations support involving expense / invoice tracking, contract administration and financial forecasting to the FLNA Direct Fulfillment Team. The nature of the work is proactive and must be able to alert key stakeholders quickly. Additionally, this position will play a key role in current and future productivity initiatives and PepsiCo integrations.
Responsibilities
Track invoice payment against purchase orders to ensure timely vendor payments
Manage external vendor and internal procurement contact lists
Track contract effective dates to ensure contracts are being negotiated and extended on a timely basis
Weekly/Period financial reporting to key stakeholders
Review expenses on a periodic basis to identify sources of productivity
Collaborate with support teams to investigate and resolve billing issues for vendors
Create POs and receive invoices as needed to ensure payables are being processed on a timely basis
Additional duties as assigned by Manager
Compensation & Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $50,600 - $75,950 based on a full-time schedule
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred
Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers in a professional and constructive manner
Ability to learn and update multiple accounts payable systems
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
Collaborate with peers to balance daily workloads and support the business
Willingness to embrace change and all other assigned duties for the greater good of the team
Ability to handle extremely sensitive and business confidential information
Produce/review various performance reports to drive results
Strong attention to detail
Flexible and able to work under pressure to include tight deadlines and multiple projects with strong organizational skills
Able to manage several tasks simultaneously
Resolve order related issues driven by order changes and ship date delays. Work closely with field personnel to determine resolution
Ability to work independently and within a team
Must have a "can do" attitude with a willingness to assist others in completing activities as needed

Accounting or Finance Experience is a plus
Experience with SAP S4 / Ariba is a plus
Manage communications through phone, email, fax, mail, etc.
Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
Detail orientation
Strong passion for customer service
Ability to learn and update multiple accounts payable systems
Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with engineering project team
Able to assist with account management duties
