Job Description

Responsible for the design and flawless execution of Digital Collections Engagement strategies with a particular focus on proactive communications such as Email, Push Notifications, and emerging channels.

Accountable for leveraging communication channels to drive incremental traffic to the digital collection experience with the goal of improving payment rates, decreasing net credit losses, and increasing operational efficiency.

Responsible for coordination with technology & vendor partners, analysis of campaign results, and continuous improvement / optimization.

Partners with others to development and implement a holistic channel sequencing and / or Next Best Action strategy that includes agent-based outreach methods.

Segments population for content, channel sequence, tone, etc. based on defined communications journey.

Manages the rules and criteria used to generate automatic communications.

Analyzes performance and conducts tests to improve results.

Provides insights on customer behavior and recommends changes to the digital experience.

Owns all manual campaigns from account selection through execution and evaluation.

Manages vendor partners, ensures campaigns are delivered on time and flawlessly by coordinating and monitoring all parties involved.

Defines and optimizes internal and external processes.

Project manages delivery of new features.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Seven to 10 years of applicable experience

  • Applicable professional certifications

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Experience in the financial services industry, Default Management specifically as a plus

  • Digital Customer Journey experience

  • Email strategy and execution experience

  • Skilled in translating business questions and objectives into platform requirements / features and user stories

  • Understanding of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact default management

  • Experience working with Agile teams

  • Strong process facilitation and project management skills

  • Strong presentation, relationship building and negotiation skills

  • Well-developed analytical skills

  • Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • CSS and HTML experience a plus

  • Strong financial and computer skills

  • SAS and / or SQL experience a plus

  • Excel competence is a must

Job Description Digital Collections Analyst position will be primarily responsible for analyzing large amounts of digital data with the expectation of expanding and enhancing U.S. Bank's digital capabilities. More specifically, the Digital Collections Analyst will be responsible for analyzing web/mobile, email, and text messaging experiences to increase logins, engagement, reduce abandonment, improve digital experience, resulting in higher payments / enrollments. The analyst will also provide insights on customer behavior and recommend changes to the digital experience. The analyst must produce clickstream / collections ad-hoc analytics and recommendations based on customer behavioral insights and A/B Testing. Analyst will also produce general performance tracking and explore the potential to expand Control MIS capabilities into the digital space. This position will be very data intensive and will require the use of statistical tools to efficiently query, manipulate, and analyze data into meaningful results. The position will also require coordination with multiple teams across the organization to efficiently deliver solutions.
