Job Title: Digital Channel Delivery Leader
Reports To: Director of Digital Banking
Direct Reports: Digital Banking Analyst, Sr. Digital Banking Analyst
Salary Grade: 12
SUMMARY
The Digital Channel Delivery Leader is responsible for supporting the management and development of the bank's online and mobile banking environments and the delivery of all business and retail banking products available through the online, mobile and related banking channels. This role will have a primary focus to develop, monitor and optimize the performance of digital banking channels thru design, development and execution efforts with cross-functional teams and vendors. The Digital Channel Delivery Leader plays a critical role in thought leadership around new technologies and in leading innovation efforts to support the bank's Digital Banking and Transformation Strategy. They have responsibility for ensuring the day-to-day operational integrity and performance of the associated systems and ensuring our Digital Products operate in a manner to provide the desired customer experience. The Digital Channel Delivery Leader will work closely with leaders and teammates from Digital Banking, Community Banking, Marketing, Data Management, Treasury Management, Bank Operations and IT Operations as well as external technology partners.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree required, Masters' Degree (M.S. or MBA) in business or information technology preferred
10+ years of relevant experience in financial services/ 7+ years Digital Applications experience
Evidence of strong leadership, presentation skills, and communication skills for effective interactions with vendors, customers and employees
Experience managing the implementation and daily operations of online and mobile channels and related products such as bill pay, electronic payments, deposit automation, online account opening, cash management and voice activated response systems
Experience in leading information technology projects and programs with an emphasis on proven project management disciplines
Experience integrating with bank core application systems and demonstrated technical expertise of interfaces involved with Digital Banking products, services and integrations.
Thorough knowledge of legal and regulatory guidelines in Banking Operations and compliance
Proven ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to design and deliver positive outcomes for business initiatives.
Proven problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills and ability to work with and analyze data streams to support developmental efforts with data engineers and developers
Participate and complete all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training, as well as internal and external training programs, online training, meetings, and seminars/conferences, etc.
JOB FUNCTIONS
Manages staff to ensure the delivery of systems to provide a quality digital banking experience for all retail and business customers of the Bank
Takes a lead with ongoing digital product development and delivery efforts to support the Bank's digital strategy
Works with business leaders across the company to understand their business needs and to align the capabilities of the digital channels to meet those business requirements
Manages vendors to ensure the delivery of systems as required to provide a quality digital banking experience for all retail and business customers of the Bank
Prepares business cases on selected digital initiatives and maintains ongoing reporting of project results
Collaborates with key internal partners and represents Digital Banking department on interdepartmental projects as needed
Supports merger planning and preparation efforts including the mapping, converting, testing and implementation phases for Digital Banking products
Ensures detailed unit testing and thorough user acceptance testing of all digital product updates and new initiatives
Mentors and supports Digital Banking team members as needed related to products, vendor collaboration, procedures, career development, etc.
Ensures compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
This position manages employees and is responsible for the coaching, development, and performance management of those employees.

This is a full-time position that requires schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

This position requires up to 10% travel.
