Specific Job Responsibilities include:

  • Attend all sales meetings

  • Provide capabilities updates, share case studies, educate AE's, provide VBR's

  • On-going digital training in quarterly Cluster Sales Meeting

  • Strategize, provide digital strategies and pricing for AE's as needed.

  • Collaborate with all departments to build results-focused marketing programs

  • Create excel media plans in Operative to accompany the proposals created

  • Communicate effectively in order to properly deliver proposals, revisions, answer questions, and fulfill any and all day to day requests.

  • Work with Digital Content Director and team to develop new ideas/sales opportunities for AE's

  • Strategize with GSM's to limit attrition by using sales analytics from Efficio & Marketron

  • Meet with GSM's regularly to identify opportunities and strategize individual plans for AE's

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Keen understanding of integrated marketing solutions including traditional media, event marketing, and digital technology

  • Exposure to Customer Focused Selling preferred

  • Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

You will lead and mentor a team of colleagues who are responsible for the deployment and operations of digital health solutions and lead relationships within the external ecosystem that we operate. You will help the team design, deliver and operate digital solutions for patients while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, ethical practice and data quality. In this role, you will set the strategy, create the organization and provide leadership over the operations organization supporting all of the digital products within Lilly's portfolio. Working directly with senior leaders across Devices (DDCS), Business Units and IT, you will influence program needs and translate those needs into required operational capabilities. You will also engage with the internal and external partners to influence their product and service roadmaps. The main responsibilities include the following: * Team Building: Lead the team by setting objectives, recruiting, motivating, coaching and developing the team members. Advise the leadership team (IT and business) on processes, roles and tools necessary for effective and efficient deployment and operation of digital health products and platforms. * Scalable Execution: Create the strategy and framework used to build global operations and support capabilities that enable the Digital Health Program. * Internal Influence: Build effective relationships with senior business & IT leadership to understand and influence strategic business needs, achieve consensus on high value capabilities, and communicate clear and achievable expectations. * Roadmap Development: Research and prove out new and emerging capabilities in advance of formal deployment and support efforts. Align timelines and budgets with program objectives. * Continuous Improvement: Continuously finding opportunities to automate and innovate on process and technology in order to reduce deployment timelines and operational costs without sacrificing quality. * External Influence: Utilize external knowledge to evaluate changes in the environment and influence operations in the digital health marketplace. Represent Lilly in conferences and other industry events to support marketing, recruiting and business development. * Partner Strategy: Engage in diligence efforts to evaluate new technologies to be considered as part of the overall digital health platform and collaborate with established partners to ensure aligned and integrated operations * Secure Operations: Partner with cybersecurity team to ensure appropriate design and controls exist to ensure secure and reliable operations of integrated care delivery solutions * Supplier Engagement: Participate in the design, selection and governance of suppliers and partners employed for Lilly's digital health program * Prioritize Privacy: Ensure consumer privacy concerns are designed into cloud architecture (data transfer, processing, and rest), SOPs, and employee training.
