We are currently in search of a Digital Campaign Manager to join our Digital Fundraising team! The Digital Campaign Manager is responsible for executing, coordinating and reporting on the organization's digital fundraising campaigns in collaboration with the other members of the Digital Fundraising team.

The Digital Campaign Manager uses project management skills and digital marketing acumen to contribute to timely and successful digital fundraising campaigns. This position will report directly to the Director of Digital Strategy & Acquisition.

NOTE: The ideal candidate for this position will work hybrid from our Oklahoma City, OK corporate office, however all qualified candidates will be considered nationwide.

Job Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing, advertising or communications preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

Experience

3+ years of digital marketing campaign management experience required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high attention to detail required.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team required.

Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams required.

Experience working with online project management software. Experience with Monday.com preferred.

Experience with using Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop for resizing images and making minor text changes preferred.

Experience with reporting on digital campaign performance by accessing data from digital advertising and analytics platforms.

Experience working in environments where goals or metrics were required to be met within specified timeframes preferred

Understanding of digital marketing key performance indicators (KPI's) preferred.

Fundraising experience working in a nonprofit organization preferred.

Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this job may be considered.

Essential Functions:

Develop campaign briefs and project plans in collaboration with strategic leads to document campaign assets, deliverables and deadlines.

Coordinate with the Marketing & Creative department to request, route, review and provide consolidated feedback to finalize campaign assets in accordance with campaign deadlines.

Coordinate with Direct Response Fundraising, U.S. Programs, International programs, Corporate Partnerships, and Communications & PR teams to develop campaign plans and gather content and assets necessary for digital campaign success.

Maintain comprehensive campaign calendar for all digital campaigns, including social media, email, digital display, search marketing and other channels.

Gather and distribute campaign assets to internal team members and external agency partners.

Manage the Digital Fundraising team's project management system to document, monitor and update the status of all campaign related tasks.

Monitor and triage incoming work requests for the Digital Fundraising team.

Test all campaign elements before launch to ensure accuracy and functionality of all copy, graphics, links and campaign URLs.

Submit purchase orders and monitor accounts payable to ensure accurate accounting of costs for digital fundraising expenses.

Reconcile monthly planned and actual advertising expenses to provide up to date availability of budgets.

Coordinate with Legal & Regulatory Services for the timely review of service agreements and contracts related to digital fundraising strategies.

Ensure digital campaign content complies with brand requirements and professional and organization policy standards.

Cross-train with other members of the Digital Fundraising team to provide backup as needed.
