About this role:

We are looking for a Digital Business Operations / Business Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) for the NL & Nordic markets in Amsterdam, who is responsible for the execution of various business operations activities on our channels within the markets. The focus of this position is to improve the flow of efficiency across teams and to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day business operations activities, ensuring all marketing placements are in accordance with commercial agreements

• Coordination of marketing strategies (campaign, newsletter, content and social media) & creative assets necessary for commercial support

• Monitor and optimize the performance of campaigns & KPIs accordingly

• Produce regular commercial reports, such as pitch decks and case studies, to be presented to our internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile:

• At least 1 year of experience working in an affiliate marketing, sales operations, marketing, or agency role

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication or related field

• Fluent in spoken and written English & Dutch

• Fluency in any Nordic language would be an advantage

• Knowledge of G-Suite Packages (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

• An analytical mindset with enthusiasm to work with numbers, statistics and charts

• Detail-oriented and able to take pride in the quality of work
