As a Global Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the execution of various initiatives to improve customer experience and crew performance. You will be responsible for the product lifecycle for future concepts including documenting requirements, building project plans, and supporting/executing the plans for the Service Design team.

Collaborating with the Director Service Design, you will work as a member of a highly motivated team to collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, researchers, and internal partners toward defined objectives to ensure successful product delivery.

You are a leader who is a curious, task-oriented self-starter with a strong bias toward action. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, innovative and dynamic environment.

  • Own the definition of product requirements using input from experience designers, customer research, as well as internal sources such as analytics, marketing, operations, and customer feedback.

  • Assess requirements, identify project stages, critical landmarks, specific projects and ensure timely delivery

  • Create business cases to support feature prioritization.

  • Work closely with product managers across channels and capabilities to prioritize initiatives, share insights, identify opportunities for collaboration, and coordinate product development and delivery

Manages prioritization and trade-offs among merchandise, engineering, user experience and customer support. * Develops detailed product features, requirements and implementation plans. Manages and oversees existing functionality of assigned area. Gathers input to define product concepts. Develops strategy and implementation plans for growth. Oversees implementation of features within area. Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years' experience in product management/ business management in on-line technology OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 9 years of experience in product management/business management in on-line technology. * At least 5 years' experience in consumer-facing online commerce * At least 5 years' experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, or management consulting * Experience in one or more of the following areas of ecommerce: Content Tools and Processes, Search & Browse, SEO/SEM, or Cart and Checkout * Experience working with the product development lifecycle. * Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization. * Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. * Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines. * Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. * Experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work. Preferred Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MBA. * Experience in retail industry. * Basic level skills in SQL (build queries, add, modify, and delete data; create and maintain tables, query and update databases using SQL statements, etc). * Intermediate level skill in SQL (create complex queries using nested SELECT statements, simplify queries by creating new views, deleting and altering tables, using Boolean logic, working with NULL values, constructing queries, etc).
