Summary of Position:

Primarily responsible for the support of the Bank's Electronic Banking services for both consumer and commercial customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing on-boarding process of new Electronic Banking customer

  • Performing daily maintenance and monitoring of the electronic services applications

  • Performing ongoing customer functional support for both consumer and commercial customers in their use of the bank's mobile banking, personal internet banking and treasury management services

  • Participating in staff training on the bank's electronic services

  • Participating on sales calls as needed

  • Releasing testing for electronic banking applications

  • Handling other duties related to the support and delivery of electronic banking services as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant Retail Banking or Deposit Operations experience

  • General understanding of Wire Transfer, ACH and the check clearing process

  • Prior experience in the support and onboarding of electronic banking services for consumers and treasury management services for commercial customers is preferred

  • Candidate must be extremely customer service oriented

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to work odd hours, overtime and weekends if required

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to readily assist others

  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organization

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to change

  • Strong sense of integrity and personal ethics

  • PC experience, including Windows, Apple and Smart Phone platforms (iPhone and Android); Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
