About The Job:

As a Digital Banking Platform Administrator, you will work collaboratively with the Digital Banking Support team, Marketing, IT, and other business units to maintain and improve our digital products and systems. In this position, you should have and maintain a practical working knowledge on all digital products and their related software applications, develop and leverage a thorough understanding of FiServ's service and support structure, and be proficient with their distribution channels enabling announcement of problems, changes and enhancements to affected IB areas, and solicit input for IB's desired enhancements and unresolved servicing issues. Additionally, you will develop and train staff enabling them to optimize their performance given available functionality.

What You Will Do:

  • Have and maintain a practical working knowledge of all applications and their related systems.

  • Function as the primary liaison between FiServ and IB for all digital application information (problems, changes, and enhancements). While front-line support employees need be proficient in securing answers and resolving problems directly using FiServ service and support channels, the DBTSS functions as resident expert / final internal support to resolve difficulties/ misinformation / escalations / unacceptable delays or system issues.

  • Work with our business partners during system upgrades to ensure an understanding of impacting system changes and processing options, testing and verifying all input.

  • Analyze key business metrics, monitor results and take a pro-active role in providing immediate solutions.

  • Work as Year and Month- End Coordinator to fulfill all year and month-end reporting, preparation, productivity and processing requirements.

  • Seek out and report recommendations from all users of FiServ digital products to improve system competitiveness, revenue-generating opportunities, improved controls and reporting, and operating efficiencies.

  • Introduce, train, and promote use of new system features and interfaces in partnership with the Retail Product Development, Marketing the IT teams, and the Digital Banking Team.

  • Attend and actively participate in FiServ user group meetings and conferences.

  • Identify, develop, implement and maintain report and document workflows across the enterprise to gain processing efficiencies.

  • Function as a conversion coordinator. Review preliminary and final reports to ensure conversion accuracy. Troubleshoot conversion issues as needed.

  • Assist with gathering requested documentation for periodic, internal/external audit reviews and regulatory examinations. Work collectively with other bank employees to achieve a satisfactory review rating

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience preferred.

  • 2+ years of experience within a financial institution required.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

  • Core banking platform experience preferred.

  • Project management experience preferred.

  • Application programming and/or coding experience preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to adapt as business needs evolve.
