The Digital Art Director will report into and work closely with the Senior Art Director to design digital content for Landsend.com, social media, digital ads, and email.

Job Duties

  • Create content for creative marketing areas of landsend.com and external wholesale partners

  • Create monthly email features and related content for social media channels

  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising and internal Creative partners on company wide initiatives

  • Participate in seasonal brainstorming and concept process, including campaigns, photo direction, video storyboards, and type direction

  • Stay abreast of new and evolving technology and trend

Job Duties

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or related field with 2-3 years work experience in digital design, preferably in retail/apparel sector

  • Strong interest and experience in designing for all social media channels

  • Strong video editing skills

  • Fine art skills (illustration, painting, drawing, etc) is a plus

  • Understanding of and ability to code simple HTML.

VIEW JOBS 8/8/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-11-06T00:00 The Digital Product Manager is responsible for planning, prioritizing and managing features through the product development process for our digital experiences. The Product Manager represents the customer/user and has the primary responsibility for defining all product requirements and communicating those requirements to the User Experience and Technology Delivery Teams. The Product Manager manages the priority of those requirements to ensure that the highest amount of customer value is being delivered in the fastest time possible. This manager cares passionately about the Lands' End Customer – desiring to create the best possible customer experience. Within an assigned digital product portfolio, this role will determine strategic needs, develop and prioritize initiatives, ensure alignment and delivery. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional partners to clearly communicate their team's backlog and roadmap. Results are achieved through facilitation and collaboration with enterprise stakeholders. Responsibilities * Understand how our customers use digital and how changes to channel experiences can have positive or negative impacts on customer buying behavior. * Analyze customer needs, competitive offerings and provide direction on best practices and emerging trends in relation to e-commerce capabilities. * Act as the digital evangelist to key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. * Within an assigned product portfolio, create and own the business cases for digital initiatives and drive for approval with financial leadership and other technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Lead the prioritization of digital features and understand the art of sequencing their delivery within an agile framework. * Provide clear digital requirements and business rules to guide the development of new features and define acceptance criteria of those features. * Demonstrate an ability to simplify complex design requirements into component parts and systematically evaluate them. * Coordinate with IT Program & Project Management Teams to ensure digital channel enhancements are implemented per use cases. * Be the subject matter expert for the assigned product portfolio and drive the prioritization and alignment across all business units. * Identify and develop contractual relationships with strategic partners and providers. * Partner with all consumer insights teams to define, measure and report on business results. * Provide support and mentoring for growth opportunities of direct reports. * Ensures training and development of product managers and customer experience staff. * Partner with senior Product Management leadership to develop and communicate roadmaps. Qualifications * 5+ years of progressive experience in ecommerce, innovation, product management, project management, account management, consultant or technology strategy and/or agile software development. * Demonstrate a high level of competence and passion for digital technology along with innovative and forward thinking and a comprehensive understanding of usability. * Ability to understand digital best practices as well as practical solutions to problems. * Documented track record of navigating organizational structures and leveraging internal assets to create or co-create innovative, customer-focused retail solutions from concept to launch. * Experience distilling business and consumer requirements and needs impacting concept development to business and technical partners; representing the voice of the consumer throughout the product development process. * Inspirational leader, someone who stretches thinking and has a positive 'can-do' attitude. * Must be extremely adept with communication, facilitation, cooperation, negotiation and collaboration to achieve results through others. * Ability to build and nurture partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. * Skilled at developing business cases and quantifying the cost and benefit of user experience enhancement projects in a digital environment. * Must be an expert problem solver committed to driving results and multiple concurrent work efforts to success along with strong strategic and critical thinking skills. * Ability to adhere to Lands' End attendance expectations. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent body of experience. * Strong e-commerce, multi-channel experience or digital marketing knowledge. * Experience in strategic planning, risk management or change management. * Strong understanding of technology. * Certification in product management or equivalent. * Multiple years of corporate retail experience.
