About the role:
The Digital Application Product Owner will be responsible for delivering industry-leading products and functionality to our Regional and Community Banking clients and their customers that provide delightful user experiences.
What you will be doing:
Partnering with stakeholders to create product plans and prioritize work
Working closely with your team to craft problem statements, define functional and non-functional requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions
Working with design to create understanding of FIS Banking clients, your application users and their workflows to test product hypotheses and designs.
Partnering with your peers to coordinate and plan dependencies and downstream work needed to complete our definition-of-done
Defining and monitoring key metrics aligned to organizational and departmental goals, as well as tied to the value generation of your product(s)
What you will need:
Experience in Product Development and building web and/or mobile applications
Demonstrated ability to think critically and clearly define problems
Demonstrated ability to define and track appropriate product metrics
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to craft user stories and product requirements
Experience with agile/scrum
Demonstrated ability to create and nurture cross functional relationships
Demonstrated ability to create data-driven product plans and collaborative roadmaps
Added bonus if you have:

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
