Position Reports To: VP of Marketing
POSITION PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, e-commerce, and content creation. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Ecommerce Leadership:
Maintain current Ecommerce position but continue to develop and implement an eCommerce brand and strategy that aligns with the company's overall mission, values, and growth objectives.
Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities.
Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Marketing P&L Management:
Optimize marketing P&L for EOTECH's eCommerce business, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
Develop and manage annual operating plans and budgets that ensure profitable growth.
Monitor marketing media performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Digital Experience Optimization:
Ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience across all channels, from initial product discovery to purchase and post-purchase support.
Utilize data and analytics to identify customer friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with team to develop compelling product content, including product descriptions, imagery, and multimedia assets, to optimize product presentation and enhance the online shopping experience.
Marketing & Merchandising:
Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute effective online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
Curate compelling product assortments that meet the needs and preferences of target customers.
Develop strategies around pricing, promotions, and shipping that maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
Partner with sales to develop effective co-op marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth for partners.
Operations & Technology:
Ensure smooth operations and content updates.
Partner with technology teams to implement and maintain robust eCommerce platforms, systems, and integrations.
Ensure the security and privacy of customer data and comply with relevant data protection regulations.
