Digital Analytics Manager
The Manager of Digital Analytics will be responsible for developing the strategy and leading web analytics development for Fossil. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor for analytics, business insights, site changes, new initiatives and opportunities, and deliver regular and effective updates to senior executives on actionable insights. We will look to you to drive conclusions on what the most effective on-site and on web marketing tactics are.
This position is based at our global headquarters in Richardson, TX.

Your Specific Experience:
At least four years of professional work experience within Digital Analytics
At least four years of experience with .com/online and mobile metrics & user experience
Experience with Adobe Analytics / Site Catalyst or Google Analytics (certification preferred)
Ability to forge strong relationships with both IT (web, ops, development, etc.) and business (Brand, Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, QA, etc.) teams
Prior work experience designing and implementing campaign and product classifications, KPIs and automated reporting in one or more digital analytics platform(s)
Outstanding analytical skills and problem solving skills
Demonstrated track record of results driving growth of revenue, conversion and overall profitability through translating insights to action
Ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategy, as well as measure track performance results
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to design, develop, and present executive-level (c-suite) PowerPoint Presentations and in clear and concise language/visuals across all-levels of the organization
Strong leadership and proven ability to drive results, positively influence change, and motivate others within a non-direct reporting structure to take action/execute
Proven critical thinking, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills with ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative and hyper-changing environment
Experience designing, developing, and implementing data visualization dashboards utilizing Tableau or other Business Intelligence tools that provide real-time visibility into performance results
Experience with Ensighten or Google Tag Manager, Jira, Observepoint, Clicktale
