Digital Ambassador

We are looking for a Digital Ambassador to help us connect with new customers:

• Greeting kiosk and curbside customers and communicating with them while completing orders

• Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands

• Learn the in's and out's of our McDonald's mobile app and daily promotions

• Help customers download the app and place orders

• Complete digital and technology OTP certification training

• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
