We're seeking a Digital Activation Associate to join our Media Activation team in New York. The Digital Activation Associate is a pivotal member of the team, helping to support and manage media activation plans and strategies across clients and brands. What you'll do:
Help manage the day to day media planning & buying responsibilities across multiple clients
Assist the associate director and group director to develop media strategies and plans that align with campaign objectives inclusive of research, developing RFPs, and reviewing proposals
Manage and train media assistants and interns
Own operation task such as media billing, invoice review, campaign trafficking, and insertion order details
Serve as primary point of contact for media vendors for quality assurance and regular optimizations
Partner with analytics team to maintain reporting and conduct ad hoc analysis when needed
Collaborate with search, social, and PR teams on projects as needed.
What you should bring to the table:
Undergraduate degree or relevant work experience in an advertising/PR/media agency as necessary
1+ years' experience on a digital media buying/management team a must
Additional experience in print, outdoor, tv is a plus
Familiarity with healthcare is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage up and down
Analytical skills, familiarity with media math and analysis software (excel, tableau, etc.)
Natural curiosity about digital media
