The role
The Digital Acquisition & CRM manager will manage a team of 5 people and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital and CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
You will be responsible for overseeing the analytics function within the organization, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the effective use of data to support business objectives.
What you will do
Digital Acquisition:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital acquisition strategies to meet company growth objectives
Lead and manage digital marketing team to optimize acquisition across all digital and mobile channels such as social media ads, ASA (App store advertising), affiliation, programmatic, mobile networks, influence and partnerships
Allocate and modify budgets for efficient spending and support business strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI
Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Reporting and analytics on the performance, including dashboards, campaign metrics, and attribution across marketing campaigns and channels
Identify and implement innovative growth strategies to expand our digital presence and reach new audiences.
CRM:
Developing and executing strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through effective use of digital CRM tools and platforms.
Strategic responsibility to grow all customer related KPIs (active customers, churn, lifetime value, ARPU, bonus costs…)
Ensure execution and optimization of all retention campaigns and promotions
Manage and optimize the CRM platform to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
Marketing technology
Lead technical auditing and implementation of marketing technology stack to manage and optimize acquisition, analytics and CRM tools.
Develop, implement, and manage tracking solutions for digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google, Snapchat, Facebook) and MMP (mobile measurement partner) platforms.
Develop segmentation, tags, triggers and variables to ensure accurate tracking of business and marketing activities
Collaborate with product, and development teams to ensure seamless integration of tracking codes and analytics tools.
Ensure data quality and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
Your experience
We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing acquisition and CRM
Proven experience in managing and scaling acquisition campaigns across all digital and mobile channels
Strong Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Appsflyer, Segment).
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics platforms.
Proficiency in CRM tools, segmentation and personalization techniques.
Strong aptitude for collecting data from many sources, building reports and carry out analyses and provide insight from.
Highly analytical and knows how to approach and solve business questions providing actionable insight to stakeholders.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
English fluent is essential
