As a Digital Renewal Specialist in Emerging Accounts within our Tax & Accounting Professionals business segment you will focus on securing and growing revenue with small firms (250 prepared returns or less annually). Digital Renewal Specialists manage the important relationship with customers in a given territory by leveraging Digital engagement and omni-channel experiences to maximize retention, cross-sell/upsell opportunities and revenue performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive achievement of monthly renewal volume and revenue targets
Promote Thomson Reuters Digital capabilities to help customers engage with us in a simplified way - wherever and whenever they need us
Assist with territory growth goals by reaching cross-sell/upsell targets (in partnership with Digital Sales Specialists, as needed)
Actively engage customers through Digital and Omnichannel efforts/tactics to build a positive relationship that meets their needs
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date renewal portfolio by meeting business system data capture requirements
Forecast accurate retention and sales attainment expectations on a weekly and monthly basis
Partner with cross-functional teams such as Digital, Customer Proposition, Marketing and Product Management to provide customer/market feedback
Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to ensure retention risk and cross-sell/upsell opportunities are effectively captured and addressed, and daily activity is prioritized, accordingly
Demonstrate an Agile mindset - consistently innovating and making slight iterations of plan execution to maximize performance
Communicate impediments in real time to key stakeholders for support in resolving and moving forward
Demonstrate a strong aptitude for exploring and implementing new sales enablement tools that can be scaled to the larger Tax & Accounting Professionals team
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of direct Account Management or inside Sales experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to drive high customer contact volume
Well-developed sales process and negotiation aptitude
High degree of professionalism, customer centricity and flexibility
Highly collaborative - comfortable and willing to work with a team in a fast-paced environment with many unknown variables
Skilled at conflict resolution and problem solving to achieve win-win outcomes
Highly adaptive to new, cutting-edge sales and customer engagement technologies
Significant product/solution expertise in one or more of the following areas: UltraTax, Onvio, CS Professional Suite, Checkpoint Research, or Checkpoint Learning; willing to be self-directed on building expertise with products/solutions that are less familiar
1 to 2 years working within the Tax & Accounting industry preferred
College degree or equivalent experience
