At Vivial we are always looking for new talent to add to our bustling, ever-growing team. We are currently in need of Digital Account Coordinators who will be expected to work with both clients and the internal team to meet client expectations in a timely fashion. Reporting to the account manager, the account coordinator will provide customer support to make sure that all deliverables are on time. This position can lead to a sales role with uncapped earnings.
Execute customer objectives by the proposed deadline
Track all projects
Create presentations for client meetings
Manage, facilitate and support all client-related matters
Work closely with account manager on all projects
4 year college degree in marketing, business or a related field of study
Customer Service skill set
Exceptional leadership skills
Ability to efficiently problem-solve while juggling multiple tasks
Experience using online marketing tools for social media, SEO and email marketing
Experience with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, or other SEO research tools
An enthusiasm and aptitude for social media and the entire "world of digital"
