POSITION SUMMARY:
This position will support the Digital Ad Operations Team to successfully review, execute and optimize digital campaigns per client and Sales Team specifications. A quick pace and attention to detail are essential for success in this position. This role offers opportunity to learn and grow your skillset within digital, social and DOOH Advertising.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsible for post-sale process for digital, DOOH and/or social products-including contract review, creative asset collection, campaign set up, trafficking, delivery, and reporting
Responsible for daily reporting and optimization of campaign delivery and performance towards client goals
Ability to provide insights and analytical thinking in approach to campaign execution; provide best practices and learning to Ad Operations and Sales Teams
Provide screenshots and post reports for Digital Ad Operations campaigns
Act as first point of contact for any campaign and performance troubleshooting
Build relationships with various vendors and partners. Learn and become an expert in platforms and best practices
Responsible for interaction with Sales Organization, requiring clear and precise written and verbal communication
Develop and maintain excellent customer service
Process and proof all contracts to ensure accurate information is received for billing and revenue recognition
Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple deadlines and systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Analytical thinking and ability to make business decisions that benefit NCM and our partners.
Proficiency in MS Office with strong to very advanced Excel skills. Proficiency with spreadsheets, data bases and formulas required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, tight deadline environment.
Ability to take initiative and be resourceful when problem-solving.
Passionate attention to detail.
Experience within Ad Tech platforms, such as DSPs (The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi or similar DSPs), DMP (Salesforce, Neustar, etc.) is preferred
Familiar with programmatic buying is preferred

This job has a hybrid work schedule. A hybrid schedule consists of both remote work and in-office work in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and scanner/photocopiers. A company laptop will be provided.

SALARY RANGE & BENEFIT OPTIONS FOR COLORADO APPLICANTS:
Salary Range: Base Salary $21.15-$25 per hour plus bonus - compensation is commensurate with skills & experience.
