Essential Functions:

We are seeking an energetic and passionate Dietitian to play a key and exciting role in our rapidly growing company. This individual is responsible for providing health and wellness leadership and presentation excellence for the enterprise with the opportunity to bring value-focused visibility that helps propel us into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote nutrition and wellness to customers

• Menu, recipe, and product development and analysis

• Plan menus for programs that drive participation, meet regulations, and budget requirements

• Support K-12 schools in meeting USDA regulations

• Promote and conduct professional development for internal customers

• Subject matter expert on special dietary needs, providing support and training to internal staff

• Collaborate across all departments, specifically culinary, communication, and graphic design, to drive results

• Effectively communicate with customers, health care professionals, and clients

• Incorporate new trends and technology

• Performs additional related duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics

• Complete advanced coursework at educational institute accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation for Dietetics Education

• Maintenance of RDN (Registered Dietitian Nutritionist) Credentials

• License or Certification as mandated by the state in which employed

• At least 2 years of professional work experience

• Experience with K-12 child nutrition regulations

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization

• Self-driven individual with the ability to work independently

• Work will be a hybrid between remote and in accounts, some overnight travel will be required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Inquisitive mindset when results are not as expected and the commitment to follow through on solutions

• Proficient computer skills in MS Office, Nutrition Analysis Software, and other platforms

• Successfully pass a criminal background check
