Summary:

The Dietary Utility Aide is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen and pot & pan area. The Dietary Utility Aide will perform a variety of tasks to maintain the floors, walls, dishmachine, dishroom and equipment in the kitchen. Assists material handler as needed.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of food service experience in an institutional or commercial setting preferred.

• Knowledge of use of chemical sanitizer

Certification/Licensure:

• Must have City of Ft. Worth Food Handlers Card prior to employment. Card must be current at all times during employment.
