Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary health care team through participation in the screening of patients/residents to identify those at nutritional risk. Assists patients on modified diets with menu selections, corrects, edits, and tallies menus. Performs nutritional assessment, reassessment, and education for patients/residents at low to potential nutritional risk as directed by the Clinical Dietitian.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Graduate of a dietetic technician program. Or
Bachelor's Degree
National CDR Dietetic/Nutritionist Technician Registered
6 months of food service experience or school supervised student work program.
Possess general experience of word processing equipment.
