Job Summary and Qualifications

The TriStar Food & Nutrition Patient Service Representative will be an experienced and competent professional who is responsible for obtaining food preferences, preparing, and distributing quality food and supplies to patients daily. This role will exemplify excellent customer service to all patients and employees.

Essential Functions

EDUCATION / DEVELOPMENT

2.Completes annual mandatory In-Service requirements and Healthstream trainings. Attends department

meetings (reviews and signs minutes when unable to attend).

4.Assumes responsibility for continued professional development.

Education & Experience:

• High School diploma
